This hotel has a fantastic location that couldn't be more convenient! The room was surprisingly spacious - almost more room than we needed, which was a nice surprise. The bathroom was spotless and quite large, featuring an excellent shower that we really appreciated after long days of exploring.

Absolutely everything about Franklin Guesthouse was fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect—they were incredibly attentive and took care of all our needs, from providing extra linens to quickly fixing a small leak in our room while we were out exploring. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The Deluxe Studio #204 was just as lovely and roomy as we'd hoped based on the website photos. A big shoutout to Melanie, who was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to arrange our transfer here after spending three nights in #210, which unfortunately didn't quite meet our expectations...but everything worked out perfectly in the end!

Franklin Guesthouse was a lovely stay overall. When we arrived, it was quite chilly outside (only 23 degrees), and unfortunately, our room's heater wasn't working well. We asked if we could switch rooms, and the staff kindly accommodated us with a new one right away. The service was prompt and helpful, making our stay much more comfortable... We really appreciated their responsiveness and would happily stay here again!
